Treatment Option 1: CPAP

CPAP stands for continous positve airway pressure.  The machine typically consists of a mask that covers the face, connected to a water tank by a hose.  The machine works very well but it is loud and uncomfortable.  Many end up not using it.  Which iashame since it does work so well.  But you really do need to treat your sleep apnea.
